We are excited to release the 2025 Rosa Lee Pinot Noir Rosé, which is a delicious representation of ZD’s signature blending style. This wine is crafted from certified-organic grapes from the Yountville AVA in Napa Valley, with a blend of 82% Pinot Noir, 9% Grenache, and 9% Flora. This is a wine we enjoy crafting just as much as we enjoy sipping on a warm day.

To create this rich and opulent Rosé, we hand-harvested the grapes on October 13 during cool morning hours following a long growing season. The later harvest allowed the grapes to reach peak ripeness, enabling the unique characteristics of each varietal to fully develop. The grapes were gently pressed in our cellar to preserve the wine’s delicate pink color.

In the glass, this Rosé opens with vibrant aromas of freshly sliced strawberries, honeydew melon, and Bing cherry, complemented by subtle hints of rose petal and ripe peach. On the palate, bright acidity highlights the core of strawberry and watermelon, carrying the wine through to a clean, slightly mineral finish that leaves you thirsting for more.
