The 5-course dinner menu has been curated by Chef Otto Spohn and the culinary team at Vic & Anthony's to expertly pair with ZD Wines., including Abacus XXVII. The dinner will be hosted by Scott Billeci, ZD's Regional Sales Manager and 3rd generation of the founding family.
