2000 Pinot Noir, Carneros:  "Big, ripe, seductive aromas of black cherry, raspberries and red plums.  On the palate the forward black cherry fruit is framed by lush, silky tannins and an impressively long finish."

2002 Pinot Noir, Carneros:  "Harvested from two vineyards in the highly esteemed Carneros appellation, including ZD's own organically certified deLeuze Family Estate Vineyard.  Medium ruby color, with aromas of ripe cherries, strawberry jam and sweet vanilla.  On the palate the wine is loaded with a core of ripe, vibrant red fruits supported by silky well-integrated tannins."
