ZD Wines' Family Feud Cook-Off Results
Robert's Winning Recipe: ZD Reserve Crab Cakes
Paired with ZD Reserve Chardonnay, California

Ingredients:
6 ounces crab
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/3 c. sautéed onions
1/2 c. bread crumbs
one or two minced anchovies
crushed cashews
grated Parmesan cheese
Jammin' Ginger Sauce
3/4 c. sour cream
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/3 c. chopped roasted pepper
1/3 c. chopped pickled ginger
1 minced Chipotle chilie in Adobo Sauce
1 minced anchovy
Reserve Chardonnay
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter and throw everything together.
Refrigerate.
To cook, form patties, roll in mixture of bread crumbs, crushed cashews and Parmesan cheese.
Then sauté in grape seed oil until lightly browned.
For Jammin' Ginger Sauce:
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with Prize-Winning Crab Cakes!
