Ingredients:
1 mango
1/2 papaya
3 TB cilantro, chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 Fresno chili
3 TB orange ginger mustard
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup peanut oil
1 Tablespoon seasame oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Juice of 2 limes
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and serve with poached salmon.
